The MagnaFlow Mufflers # MF14827 that you referenced is a universal fit muffler that could work on your 2007 Ford Focus, but I did some research and it looks like the replacement mufflers recommended for your car have 2 inch inlet/outlets like what the # MF11244 has so this would be a better fit.

The dimensions of this muffler are 4" tall x 9" wide x 24" long. You will need to compare that with the available space you have where your current muffler is to see if it would fit. As long as you have room for it any qualified muffler shop in your area would have no problem installing this muffler on your car.
