I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot with draw-tite 2inch receiver. I want to know if a Yakima Holdup 2 Bike rack will fit?

Yes, the Yakima Holdup part # Y02443 that you are considering will work great on your 2014 Jeep Patriot that has a Draw Tite hitch part # 75712 installed on it. It would be tight, but you should also be able to fold the carrier up in the storage position when you aren't using the rack.
Check out the review video I attached for this rack as well.
