Compatibility of Reese RP500708 Landing Gear with 1994 Keystone Komfort 5th Wheel

The Bulldog # BD500161 landing gear isn't vehicle specific. It will fit many different applications. It would be compatible as long as your existing landing gear mount tabs are 17-1/2 inches apart, outside to outside, as shown in the diagram I provided.
I don't have any information about which jacks your rig was equipped with from the factory. The landing gear supports a maximum of 30 percent of the loaded trailer weight, so with a 8K capacity, these jacks will have plenty of capacity to spare. The housing of the jack measures 2-1/2 inches by 2-1/2 inches, so if the existing brackets would be compatible with that housing size and are still in good condition, there's no reason why you couldn't reuse them. If your existing brackets aren't compatible with a housing of that size, you'd need to remove them and weld the brackets included with the # BD500161 in their place.
