can you tell me if the #VGM-99-100 will fit on my 1999 chev 3500 Diesel pick up

If your 1999 Chevy Truck is a Silverado the # VGM-99-100 would be the correct tailgate to use.
If you have the C/K style older body style truck you would instead want the # VGM-88-100.
