Landing Gear Recommendation for a Dump Trailer
Question:
I have a 14,000 pound rated dump trailer. is there some kind of adapter so I can mount an A-frame electric jack like the jet-5000 on a trailer not designed for a frame jacks?

Expert Reply:
Due to the weight of your trailer and the fact that you don't have an a-frame trailer a better jack setup would be a powered landing gear set like the Stromberg Carlson part # LG-1.
These will weld onto the front of the frame on your trailer and will provide you with more than enough lifting power.
