Ideally you want to run chains on all 4 wheels of a vehicle. This will give you the best all around performance for accelerating, braking and turning. However, some people will just run a single set on one axle of a vehicle. Before you decide how many sets you plan on using on your 2013 Nissan Pathfinder you will want to consult the owners manual of the vehicle. This will tell you if there are any restrictions on snow chain use with your vehicle and what axle(s) are recommended for use with the chains.
The Titan Chains part # TC2323 that you referenced are a great set of chains that I would recommend for you as well. They are confirmed to fit your tire size.
