Will this ball work with the factory goose neck in the 2014 Ram 3500DRW?

Yes, it will. I spoke with my Reese representative, and have confirmed that the # RP19311 2-5/16 inch gooseneck ball will work in the OEM Gooseneck hitch in your 2014 Ram 3500 Dually. If you need the ball, safety chain loops and the rubber cover for the hole where the ball inserts, use part # C58CR.
