Will K-Source Towing Mirrors Sit at an Angle on a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:

I have seen these mounted and read the chatter on the Internet about many of them mounting so the arms are not parallel to the ground, mirror is canted up at a bit of an angle from the truck. Is this the case with the 2009 Silverado C1500?

The K-Source towing mirrors for your 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500, # KS62093-94G, install in the same foot print as the factory mirrors. When properly installed the arms of the mirror should be even with level ground but could be off by a few degrees.

I have seen some that appear to angle up but not specifically on a 2009. The glass in the mirrors can be adjusted up and down, side to side like the factory mirrors so it isn't an issue as far as vision.
