do you instructions for the repair I believe the nut is stripped but i want to take it apart before I order the parts

To access the gears inside of the heavy-duty Bulldog jacks, like part # BD182415 to install the # BD500250 you simply remove the screws that are holding on the plate covering the top of the jack. Once that plate is removed, the gears, pins and handle should be exposed.

Check out the diagram I attached to see how all of the parts come apart and go back together.

I have 2-10k Jack's in tandem trailer was made in 1989 screw isn't replaceable can I get everything on top, bearings and gears

I kind of doubt there are any replacement parts for a jack that old but if you are able to figure out the manufacturer and what the part number is for your jacks I can see if we have anything that would work. Otherwise your best bet is going to be replacing both of them.
