Availability of Running Boards for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
We recently bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am only 5foot and I am having a terrible time getting in and out. Are there some good running boards we can install that will go with mud flaps? Also, do you know if there are any retractable steps available for the 2014 GJC? Thank you.

We do offer a range of running boards, but no powered retractable types, to fit your new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The link at right will take you to our main page for all such products. Do note that their fits vary slightly based on the vehicle version (diesel models are excluded for some steps) and on its equipment, particularly the presence of OEM skirt cladding. Mud flaps are not a problem for compatibility.
The steps you referenced, Westin Running Boards for the Jeep Grand Cherokee # 27-6610-1975, will fit gas engine versions without the OEM skirt cladding under the doors. These install WITHOUT any drilling required. These steps' 6-inch width makes them a better option than most other steps which can be as narrow as 3-inches. These come complete with mounting brackets and all required hardware for bolt-on installation. Anodized aluminum construction is durable and rustproof.
An accessory lighting kit, part # 27-6000, is also available as a safety enhancement feature.
