Locking Anti-Rattle Device Recommendation for a Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack

Question:

Ive read too many times how threaded anti-rattle/swayinch bolts dont work with certain products. Will this device work snugly with my setup Hollywood Rack HR1000 and Curt 11072 Hitch?....

I have a solution for you, but the # SHP2082 that you referenced would not fit in your Hollywood Racks Bike Rack # HR1000Z. Instead you would want the part # HRLHPTC. The bike rack you have has a threaded shank that only a threaded hitch pin would fit. The # SHP2082 is designed for hollow shank accessories so it wouldn't fit.

The # HRLHPTC also comes with a cable lock that you can route through your bikes to secure them to the rack.
