First thing you need to do is check the owners manual of your 2009 Ford F-150 to determine if there are any restrictions on snow chain usage.
If you are good to go I would recommend the Titan Snow Chains # TC2323. These are easy to install, will provide great traction and are priced great as well. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
The # PW3027C that you referenced aren't confirmed to fit your tire size so I would not recommend them for you.
