It says 2 sets for driver and passenger sides is that correct? So there would be a set for each side of the truck.

The Titan Chains you've referred to, part # TC4814CAM are for trucks with dual rear wheels (a total of four tires on one axle).
So, if your F450 is a dually, this set of chains will cover all four tires on your rear axle.
