I spoke with my contact at Airaid and he said your actual mileage increase using the Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer # AR400-531, which you reference, on your 2008 Ford Expedition will depend on many factors, including the condition of your vehicle, terrain, tire inflation, weather conditions, elevation, etc. He said Airaid does not test its throttle body booster with all vehicles, but relies on customer feedback and said most customers have reported an increase of 1-3 MPG.
