The most popular front mount hitch for your 2013 Ram 1500 4x4 is Curt hitch # 31374. You will want to look at the vertical line pull rating of the hitch when using accessories like a snow plow. This hitch is rated for 500 pounds vertical line pull. Think of vertical line pull as the tongue weight capacity.

For a plow, I like the SnowBear, part # SB324-082. I like it because it sits closer to the front bumper than other plows so it's not sticking way out in front of your truck.
