We have the falcon road master all terrain 00183. What base plates do I need? I have a 2015 jeep Cherokee trail hawk.

For your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I recommend the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521446-5 since it is fully compatible with your Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522.
These base plates feature a hidden bracket design to reduce the visual impact of the base plates on the Cherokee's appearance.
Safe and legal flat towing requires a number of other components in addition to the tow bar and base plates. These items include safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit and a supplementary braking system to operate the Cherokee's brakes. Each of these is detailed in the linked article that covers flat towing.
For safety cables I suggest Roadmaster's # RM-645. For a lighting kit you have options including a hard-wired diode kit like # RM-154 or an easy-to-install magnetic kit like # RM-120. For a supplementary braking system I suggest the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System # RM-9400 which is shown in the linked video.
Do take a look at your vehicle owner's manual to confirm any required steps to prepare it for flat towing.
