How do I wire up a universal brake controller on my 2014 ram for electric brakes on my trailer

Your 2014 Ram 1500 should have come with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector. To install the P3 brake controller, # 90195, you will need wiring harness # 3023-P. I have linked a video to the right that shows how the harness installs on a 2013 Ram. It will be the same on your 2014.
