I have gotten in contact with the manufacturer and they have confirmed that we will be needing some more information in order to offer a proper suggestion to prevent the haze. Can you provide some pictures of the glass before and after use? I will also need to know what you used on the windows before using this Window cleaner? Was the window scratched before and the cleaner got into the window? Or did the fog just show in the heat of the sun? Once I get this information, I will be able to better assist you.
