Fits 14-1/2" to 16-1/2" wheels.Brake shipped the next day and received 3 days later. Went on easily, reinstalled the hub and bearings, but can't get the brakes to adjust using the star on the bottom. Of course no instructions came with the brake and no instructions on which way to turn the star. So here I am all put back together and can't get it adjusted!
Now I have to take it all apart again, wait on parts and miss another weekend of boating! So as far as I'm concerned this thing is Chinese garbage! I've done this before and never had such troubles!!!!
These make the work of changing trailer brakes mind-numbingly easy. Definitely worth buying this unit versus messing with spring kits etc. They adjust easily as well, as long as you have the appropriate tool to do so.
Placed order on a Sunday. Parts were in stock but shipped on a Thursday. If you batch and queue shipments you should say that in your shipping information. Also, the packaging was completely unacceptable. Both parts stacked in a box with nothing to keep them from banging against each other. Upper brake assys had chipped brake lining. The other, missing bleeder cap.

I purchased four of these for my 1993 boat trailer. It was cheaper and easier to buy 4 of these than to buy the parts and rebuild the old ones. The parts were high quality and easy to install.

The items mentioned are still working well. I have been so pleased with my etrailer purchases that we bought 4 new tires and rims from you this spring. Paid less for 4 tires and rims than the local dealer wanted for two tires, no rims.
1974 was the year of this boat and trailer. i can tell you that the origanal brake assemblys were SHOT! i had no brakes on the trailer for years. and now ( after blowing my wheel cylinders on my truck) i have brakes on the trailer again. (dont know why i waited so long this job was not that hard)As a truck and trailer unit i have better braking than just the truck by itself. i bled the brakes and adjusted them. i had my wife and daughter actuate the surge brake cylinder. its simple enough to do. time for the lake!

Great fit, made the repair nice and easy.
Actually more cost/time effective to remove 5 bolts and reinstall 5 bolts plus bleed wheel cylinder rather than fighting clips, springs, cleaning and adjusting everything.
These fit my application like a glove !!! Way easier than piecing together all the parts separately!! Hardest part of the install was re-starting the brake line fitting because it fit so perfectly to my application !!

I explained what I was needing, and he not only found me the right parts, but he also told me about the house brand which was a cheaper option. Everything showed up in 2 days and fit perfectly.

Great alternative to putting OE Dexter brakes on. Saved us over $1000 on each of our trailers that needed brakes replaced!

They installed easily and worked perfectly after some miles I adjusted them and they stop confidently.
12" hydraulic drum brakes arrived protected in a well packaged box. Brakes were just as described and very easy to install. I have no hesitation ordering from etrailer again.
Got the 12" backing plates, have yet to install them. My past experience with Etrailer has been excellent! I am rebuilding a large boat trailer and they have had everything I needed to complete the job with great videos on how to install each component. They are the gold standard for an online business!
The product was very good with minor shipping damage. I believe it would be better to ship in one box per axle instead of four backing plates in one box, that is where the damage came from. Your people were very friendly,& easy to work with. The product was exceptional quality.
