With your 5th wheel trailer having a 12,000lb GVWR you will most likely have 6,000lb double eye leaf springs like # e34SR. In order to find the correct replacement leaf spring for a trailer you will need to note the type (double eye, slipper), measure the unloaded length, and find the axle capacity. Since you have already determined that you have double eye leaf springs that measure 25-1/2" long then all we need to do is find the axle capacity which is listed on a sticker in the center of the axle tube.
