Yes, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118551, does include the wire, and instructions, see link, for correctly wiring the your 2006 Mercury Mariner. The only gray area in the instructions is running the power wire forward to the vehicle battery.

There is only 1 Fulton Plastic Fender with Top and Side Steps, # F008582, included per order. It does look like there is a left and a right, but there is just one. They are symmetrical with the exception of the mounting bracket slot, but one will mount on either side of the trailer. The Longview # CTM2200A slide on custom towing mirror is a confirmed fit for the 1997 Mercury Mountaineer, as long as the factory mirror looks like the one shown in the photo. It doesn't fit the mirrors with the puddle lights, as well.

There should be 4 bolts and 4 washers included with the Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Hitch, # 75102, for your 2002 Mercury Villager.
