• So, I'm not quite sure what you are referring to in regards to clearing a a flat, 10 foot high back wall (maybe you meant inches?) but the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR does have a 9 inch shank rise, which should alleviate any concerns about clearances.
