The U-bolts, however, do include the nuts and washers needed to use the brackets. You will need to know the length and width of the U-bolts you need though, such as the 3" Long x 4-1/8" Wide # CE15254A or smaller 3-9/16" Long x 1-9/16" Wide # CE15281GA.
