I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Camco RV Fresh-Water Hose, part # CAM22763, and used the digital calipers to take some measurements for you. The diameter of the hose fitting is 1". (See the image showing these dimensions I made elsewhere on the page.) I was able to insert the Camco RV Fresh-Water Hose Filter Washers, part # CAM20183, into the hose fitting with no problem, so yes, they are compatible.
