If you are planning on towing with your 2000 Volvo V70, you will not want to exceed the towing weight capacity or tongue weight capacity listed in your owner's manual. Doing so can cause damage to the vehicle, along with creating an unsafe condition.
The hitches we offer for your Volvo are all Class ll hitches and have 1-1/4 inch receiver openings, like part # C12211 and part # 36262. None of the weight distribution systems will work with a 1-1/4 inch receiver.

There are 3 brake lines included in the Hydraulic Line Kit, item # 9504. The longest is 180 inches, and the two that are designed to run from the T to each wheel are 30 inches and 72 inches long.
Normally the hydraulic lines are ran down the left side of the trailer and the longer line is ran to the right side of the trailer. If the lines are too long, the line can be cut and flared with a double flaring tool or coiled, top down, to remove some of the length. view full answer...
