Both the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch # 60846 and the Curt Hitch # 11329 are quality hitches and neither have had any quality or fit issues for us. I attached a page that shows both of these products side by side for you to check out.
The only noticeable difference in construction between the two hitches is that the Hidden Hitch has a larger welded on bracket for securing the stinger of the hitch to the cross tube. This might give the Hidden Hitch a slight advantage.

A class II trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12091 is a far better option to use on your 2016 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid even for carrying bikes with a hitch mounted bike rack. The reason for this is that it can 1) allow you to carry more bikes if needed and 2) allows for a greater amount of hitch mounted bike racks to be chosen from.
