Your 2012 Nissan Quest has a CVT transmission. Not all of this style of transmission are compatible with coolers.
If you can find external lines that run from the transmission to the radiator then you can use a transmission cooler like the # D13503 which measures 11" wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep.

A Class III hitch like the Curt part # C13078 that fits your 2012 Nissan Quest would be your best option for towing a small pop up camper with since it has a higher towing capacity.
