I would look into the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # SPS5084-1101. Luckily, you do not have to install crossbars to fit this cargo basket as it comes with adapters to clamp onto your Suburban's factory side rails. This measures 84" long and 50" wide. For a more-affordable option you can go with the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # SPS4560-1101 which is slightly smaller at 60" long and 45" wide.
