Both the Lockrack Surfboard # LR59FR and SUP Rack # LR47FR are only capable of carrying a single surfboard. We do have the Rack # LR67VR from Lockrack which can carry 2 small surfboards. If you have large boards you will want to consider looking at the Inno Locker Watersport Roof Rack # INA446. view full answer...
The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX96NV does have channels in the top of the crossbars. The Malone MegaWing # MPG207 you were looking at clamps on and only fits crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide so it wouldn't work with the ladder rack.
For a saddle style carrier like this that would work well for a regular or fishing kayak I recommend the Lockrack Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier # LR54FR. This comes with T-bolt hardware that will allow you to install it on the crossbar channels.... view full answer...
Hey Angela,
If you're wanting a ladder rack then I recommend the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB-TA. This rack comes with load stops that you could use to secure your paddleboards or you could go with a track mounted carrier like the Inno Locker Watersport Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # INXA445. view full answer...
