It sounds like you have a Reese Elite underbed mounting system in your Ram. There unfortunately is not a way to add in a gooseneck hitch without removing the Reese Elite and then you'd be without pucks to mount a 5th wheel hitch. There also isn't a different model with the gooseneck hitch that's compatible with your Ram. I have a great underbed style fifth wheel hitch solution for your 2022 Ford F-250 Amanda but we don't have a way to install OEM style pucks in the bed of your truck. Instead I would recommend going with the B and W Companion hitch setup with the part # BWRVK3400 for the slider hitch and then part # BWGNRK1116 for the rail kit.
This gives you an underbed rail setup that that doubles as a gooseneck hitch which when not in use would give you a totally clean bed similar to the OEM pucks.... view full answer...
Hello Greg. I do have a potential solution for you, but the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G that you were looking at will not work for this purpose. Reason being that this kind of adapter is not compatible with a cushioned pin box.

Hello Cody, I can definitely help with this. The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch is what will work with your existing B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch. If your truck has a 6-1/2' bed, I do suggest using a slider hitch to gain clearance on turns. For that I recommend the B&W # BWRVK3400-5W which is rated for 20,000 lbs.

Reese actually already has this out, so you'd want to take a look at the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter # RP94716-61301.

According to my research the MORryde You Turn RSPB83-1622 your trailer is equipped with has a unique bolt pattern that isn't compatible with any aftermarket solutions so for your application I recommend locking out the pin box and using an alternative kind of adapter like the Demco Recon # DM8550045 or the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5GX1216.

The best solution we have to cover the OEM puck hole system on your 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali is with the Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails # 58199. These were designed around the Reese system (which is OEM for Ford trucks) but we've received feedback from customers that these will at least plug the pucks.

Hello Brad, we do have rear air bag options for your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4. I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2250. These are 5,000 lb rated air bags. I like the Firestone bags better than other brands because the bags themselves are more durable. This kit will also be compatible with any in bed fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch.

Hello Rhys, I can definitely help with this. First, I will start by saying that trucks with the Rambox really are not ideal for towing a 5th wheel camper. It can be done, however I cannot recommend using the Turnoverball, offset ball and goosebox combination that you mentioned. The issue with Ram Box is that it limits the ability of the pin box to rotate in the truck bed. This will drastically decrease your turning clearance and the goosebox would not clear the Ram box on turns.

To find the correct replacement pin box we'll first need to determine your trailer's bolt pattern. Everything I can see shows a Lippert Rhino bolt pattern but it wouldn't hurt to double check. If you can send me some pictures of the pin box and look for a white sticker on it that lists the serial number, RPO number, and LCI Item Number I'll be able to look it up.
