Hello Emil. We do offer replacement ladders for your RV, but unfortunately, we do not offer any ladder repair parts like you are describing. The best option I have to repair the ladder on a motorhome would be a full replacement, the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder part # LA-401. This ladder is 99-1/2 tall x 12" wide. I have a potential creative solution for you, but we unfortunately don't have any fishing rod carriers that mount on an RV ladder.
With that being said, the SeaSucker Ski and Snowboard Carrier # SEA46ZR can be mounted vertically on the body of an RV as long as it isn't a "warp" that it vacuum cup mounts to.
