Based on the axle tag you provided you'll need the following components:
Inner Bearing # L68149
Outer Bearing # L44649
Grease Seal # 58846 (single) # RG06-050 (2pk)
You'll also want to pick up some hi-temp grease # L11380 to pack your bearings and lube the spindle.
To save some money you can purchase these all together with the # BK2-100 kit that you were already looking at. You'll need two kits per axle. If you have drum brakes then you'll need to replace your brake assemblies...
