  • Is Light Kit Needed for Covered Bike Rack at Rear of Fifth Wheel Trailer
  • Hey Tom so I definitely know what you are asking for but due to the very minimalistic design of the Kuat Transfer part # KU84FR there isn't a great way to add lights to it. But the good news is that you most likely don't need additional lights. Reason being that fifth wheel trailer taillights are often at the widest points on the trailer which is typically around 80 inches in width and your bike would definitely not be that long so your taillights SHOULD be visible on either side. Some...

  • Availability of 17.5 inch Trailer Dual Wheel with 8 Lug Bolt Pattern
  • Hey James, I don't see why the Taskmaster Dual Wheel part # 1750675SDP that you referenced wouldn't work as it seems to cover what you need. It's a 17.5 inch diameter dual wheel with 8 lug pattern that are 5/8 inch in diameter. This has an 8 on 275 mm bolt pattern which is common for this size and type of wheel.

  • Replacement Steps and Wheel Center Cap Plug For a 2023 Forest River R-Pod 171
  • I really wish I had a way to see exactly what parts are installed on your 2023 Forest River R-Pod 171 but Forest River does not make the information public. Based on images of your camper it appears to have steps like the Lippert # LC432682 and I believe the Center Cap Plug # AM90081. If you can take some pictures and measurements for what you have I can verify if these are the correct parts or you will need something different.

  • Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2021 Ram 2500 With RamBoxes
  • With your truck having RamBoxes that definitely complicates things, but we got you covered. To start, you are going to need to swap out your current pin box with a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret # RP77FR, unfortunately. It's not going to be as simple as to just drop a hitch in the bed - you're going to need a bit more. So from here, you'd then be able drop in a hitch # RP30928 and a rail kit # RP56009-53.

  • What Info is Needed to Add Disc Brakes to a Trailer

  • Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit for 2020 Grand Design Solitude 310GKR
  • Hey Nick, so your life will be easier if you stick with a disc brake setup that allows you to keep your current wheel stud size since that wouldn't require you to get new wheels. So if you are sure you have 9/16 inch wheel studs the part # HSE7K-T1 would not be the kit to go with. So instead you would want to go with the part # CAR-HBA16-2 which covers the actuator and the lines and electrical parts and then for hub/drum the part # KOD28FR for each axle.

  • Determining The Correct Replacement Bearings And Grease Seal For A Keystone Cougar 29RLI
  • Hey Curtis, You'll want to jack up one side of the trailer and remove the wheel and hub in order to get to your bearings, grease seal, and spindle. When removing the hub you'll first take out the outer bearing. When you take the hub off and flip it around you'll see the grease seal, which will cover the inner bearing. You can use a seal puller or a flathead screwdriver and hammer to pop the old grease seal out to see the inner bearing. Taking the grease seal out will ruin it so you'll...

  • Best Parts Needed to Convert 2006 Keystone Raptor Triple Axle to Disc Brakes
  • Hey Loren, the best disc brake actuator kit for a triple axle trailer is the Hydrastar kit part # HBA16-252-82 which comes with the best and most reliable actuator from our experience. This will also require an additional brake line kit since it's a tripe axle which we have with the part # 9579-01. Aside from that all of the electrical and hydraulic parts are covered. Then for the hub/rotors the Kodiak kit part # KOD69FR would be your best option. This would be correct for your axle capacity...

  • Replacement Grease Seal that is 1.25 ID and 2.0 OD
  • Hey Ben, the seals you need are part # 34823 but I don't have enough info to pick out a replacement dust cover. I would need to know the bore of your current hub to know what you'd need. We do have the bearings you need that are part # L44649. For grease I really like the LMX red like part # L11390 as it's the highest quality and very heavy duty.

  • Yes, we have the wiring harness and you can order it in addition to the item # C26VV hitch for your 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander. Whether you have the plug and play connectors will depend on if your Highlander has the towing package. If you have the tow package you will need the Curt item # C55245. If your Grand Highlander does not have the tow package then there is no plug and play option and you'll need to use the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236. The easiest way to...

  • Adding Brakes To A 1998 Starcraft Pop Up Camper
  • I am happy to help set you up Rafael. In order to add brakes to your 1998 Starcraft pop up camper, the axle must have a brake flange attached behind the hub assembly on each side. If the current axle does not have a brake flange you can either replace the axle entirely, or you can have a brake flange welded to the axle. Generally replacing the axle is our preferred method, since welding on brake flanges requires special equipment and it can be expensive. If you want to look into replacing...
