Assuming that you don't currently have any wiring you'll going to need to start with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118719. This wire harness has connectors to easily tee into your factory tail light wiring and provide you with a 4-pole connector.
From there you can install the # ETBC7, which will come with the rest of the components needed for a 7-way and would also allow you to install a brake controller of your choosing. The 4-pole... view full answer...
There is a swing away hitch adapter option for your 2020 Ram ProMaster City. I recommend the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches # Y02483 due to its 250lb weight capacity and ease of use. The Thule # Y02483 also includes a lock system to keep it secured to your vehicle.

Hi V, and you do need to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56270 on the driver side of your 2018 Ram ProMaster City. Like you mentioned, that's how the wiring lengths are configured attached to the converter box.
As for the battery connection points, I'm not sure, but looking at the videos it looks like the batteries terminals different for one reason or another. For yours, the positive and negative battery terminals should be labeled... view full answer...
