The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65079 would just need to cut through the skid plate in order to fit. The installation is super easy so you'll probably spend more time cutting the skid plate than actually getting the hitch in place and bolted in. With the skid plate removed the hitch should just pop right in. The winch is on top of the bumper and shouldn't interfere with the installation of the hitch.
