  • Recommended Replacement Gas Strut for a 2019 Aliner Classic Camper
  • Hey Robert, I wasn't able to find anything on that strut but does it loos like we carry a bunch of 23" long gas struts, like # 3691879-70 which you could potentially use. This particular gas strut is 23' long extended, has a 70 lb compression force, and uses a 10mm ball socket. If you have something different let me know, and we can find a better replacement.

The 63" and 69" measurements are just the vertical height of the mounting bracket for the arms that's physically bolted to the wall of the RV.

  • Hey Albert. I do have a potential option for you for replacing the Contico 40231550 gas struts on your toolbox, but I am afraid we do not offer a direct replacement. Our closest option is the Universal Gas Strut # ATL88BR This has a 15" extended length and a 8-3/4" retracted length. It also uses a standard 10mm ball socket on each end so for that you would need part # UWSBALLSTUD as well.

  • Is Kuat Piston Pro X Bike Rack the Nicest Platform Bike Rack
  • The best platform bike rack that grabs the bikes by the wheels is for sure the Kuat Piston Pro X part # KU98VR which fits the 2 inch hitch of your RAV4 Prime. The rack overall is just extremely well made and by far the easiest to use. It has gas struts that allow the wheel clamps to easily be manipulated without having to worry about dropping one and having it fall down while trying to balance the bike. It also has a lighting system built into it which is pretty new for most US made bike...
