For your 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 I recommend the Michelin Stealth Ultra Windshield Wiper Blade # MCH8522. These wiper blades use the SmartFlex suspension system so you get 8 points of pressure across the blade. Based on the pictures you provided it looks like you have a J-Hook style wiper blade setup. If so, you'll need to lift the little tab on the wiper blade connector, tilt the blade until it's perpendicular with the wiper arm and then push down to release the hook from the connector. You can then slide the hook out of the connector and repeat the process on the other wiper blade.
Some times the connector won't allow for you to tilt the blade perpendicular but you'll still be able to push... view full answer...
