Hey Mike I checked with Westin and I can confirm that the Westin HDX Xtreme Nerf Bars item # W45XV do indeed fit the 2021 Ram 1500 Quad Cab. The instructions on their website say crew cab as well. For your application I recommend installing the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps # CARR124031 since these are more of a universal installation and can be installed so they are only used at the front doors.
You can try installing the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars # 23-1405 for a regular cab, but anytime I've reached out to Westin they are pretty adamant about making sure the correct cab is selected when purchasing so I'm pretty skeptical that this will work for the truck you're working on. view full answer...
