Hey Eric, the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 5,300-lb Trailer Axles # SP-222275 could work but really to be sure you'd need to measure the length from center of spring eye to center of spring eye (unloaded), measure the leaf thickness, and find out what capacity your current leaf springs are.
If your current leaf springs are 24 7/8 from spring eye center to spring eye center (unloaded), have 1 3/4" wide leaves, and have a spring capacity of 2,650 lbs, then these'll work great.

If you have standard equalizers with a 5-3/4" horizontal and 2" vertical measurement then the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 would be the correct replacement for you. If you're saying that you already have those and are wanting something else then you can go with the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687. These have a 5-1/2" horizonal and 2-1/2" vertical measurement so you'll probably have enough slack in the shackle straps to accommodate this difference without... view full answer...
