I do see your Trimark 12054-37 came keyed alike so every one of this model was keyed alike from the factory. These types of locks are typically not able to have the cylinder replaced as they made other models like the 16801-01 which used their KeyOne system and allow for cylinder exchanges. Trimark will tell you to just replace the entire latch assembly since they are all keyed alike.
