A car-mount tow bar like the Blue Ox Adventurer # BX7322 is not vehicle specific but its fit will depend on using compatible base plates or adding adapters if the base plates are from a different manufacturer.
Flat towing requires a few components in addition to the tow bar. You'll also need a lighting/wiring solution, safety cables and a supplementary braking system. Each of these items is detailed in the linked article.

The Curt hitch # C11480 that you referenced does indeed fit the 2015 through 2019 Toyota Yaris as long as you do not have the SE. If you do not have the SE, you are okay installing it on your car.
Although it was admirable that your friend made the effort to save most of the installation hardware for you it cannot be re-used a second time. Hitch installation hardware can only be torqued one time and then it must be replaced. This is for safety reasons.

The cargo net that I recommend for the Stallion Roof Basket, part # 288-09200, is the Spidy Gear Luggage Webb Cargo Net # 80121-01. The cargo net measures 50 inches x 40 inches when it is un-stretched, which means that it will fit perfectly on the Stallion roof basket.
Choosing a cargo net for the Curt Cargo Carrier, part # C18145, is going to be a little bit more tricky. The closest size to the 17 inches x 46 inches carrier that we have is the Rhino-Rack Net # RLN1-RTD4 which is 31-1/2... view full answer...
When dolly towing a vehicle such as your 2008 Toyota Yaris, you will indeed want to lock the steering wheel.
The Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 features electric brakes, but the trailer connector for the tow dolly is sold separately. A 7-way trailer connector is most common, we offer them as part # PK12706.
You'll also need to equip your tow vehicle/motorhome with a brake controller. A remote mount brake controller like the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty, part # RED24FR would be an excellent choice.... view full answer...
For the 2013 Toyota Yaris 5 door hatchback (which is how Toyota refers to your vehicle), you'll want to use the Draw-Tite class I hitch, part # 24911. For a trailer wiring harness, use # 119178KIT. You'll also need a # 3593 ball mount and # 19256 for a 1-7/8 or # 19258 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
I'll link to an install video for the hitch and a video showing a typical trailer wiring harness installation. view full answer...
It looks like you purchased the Replacement Mounting Hardware, # Y8890185. This should have come with the square, black shank insert, a square nut that fits inside of the shank insert, a flat washer, a lock washer and a threaded pin and clip.
