When you wire two 6v batteries in series you are combining the voltage to get 12v but the amp hours stay the same so you're only getting 225amp hours out of both batteries. I recommend using a 12v battery instead of two 6v batteries to start. Then depending on the what all is drawing power in your RV I would recommend multiple batteries.

First you will want to perform a visual inspection of the area you ran the power wire for the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118482 on your 2009 Toyota Venza. There is no difference. Harness # C56079 is the part number we give the harness to indicate it is a Curt product. The manufacturers number for the same part is 56079.
You can test the 4-Way end of the harness to determine if the problem is with the harness or the trailer. Use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the pin that is right next to the one exposed pin. If you have power there, then the issue is on the trailer likely a bad ground.

The brown wire should not always have current on it. That is the running light circuit and is only supposed to be active when the running lights or head lights are on of your vehicle.
It is possible that the converter box is malfunctioning, what you could do is use your circuit tester to test the input side of the converter box to make sure that it is receiving the correct signals and then test the output circuits to see how everything is working.
