The Isuzu VehiCROSS was offered in the U.S. market for model years 1999 through 2001. I checked for availability of base plates for this vehicle for all three of those model years and I show no fits. This could mean that either the car cannot be flat towed or that it can BUT the demand for the base plates was too low to be economically-worthwhile for base plate manufacturers.
