I have a solution for you, but the Curt # 13555 is designed to fit on mid 2000s Honda CR-V's and not the 2017 Nissan Sentra, so you wouldn't be able to use that hitch. Instead, I recommend using the Curt # C11349 which is a confirmed fit on your vehicle. The Curt hitches tend to have a more durable powder coating on them to some of the other available hitches so it will hold up much better to rust and corrosion.
In order to tow with your 2017 Nissan Sentra you will also need a wiring... view full answer...
The Curt Class II Drawbar - 2-5/8 inch Rise, 3-1/4 inch Drop - 7-1/4 inch Long - 3,500 pounds # C45521 is combatable with The Curt Hitch # C11349.
The mount works with both class 1 and class 2 Curt Hitches. This ball mount has a sturdy, steel construction and is corrosion-resistant because it has a black gloss powder coat finish.
You will also need The 2 inch Hitch Ball - 3/4 inch Diameter x 2-1/8 inch Long Shank - Chrome - 3,500 pounds # C40018 and The Curt Hitch Pin and Clip for 1-1/4... view full answer...

For your 2006 Nissan Sentra I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24750 and for the trailer hitch and the Curt harness # C59236 for wiring.
To finish your towing setup (if that's what this is for) I recommend the Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593 along with either the 1-7/8" hitch ball # 19256 or 2" hitch ball # 19258.

I checked with Thule, and it doesn't look like they make a fit kit for your 2004 Nissan Sentra, unfortunately. Instead, it looks like your only option is to use the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # SR1005.
These crossbars are similar to Thule's as they are also square, measure 45-1/2" long x 1-1/4" wide x 7/8" tall, and has a maximum dynamic weight capacity of 130 lbs. view full answer...
There are 5 items that you will need to flat tow your 2015 Nissan Sentra behind a motor home: base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and supplemental braking.
For base plates you can use Blue Ox # BX1849. These will provide a safe and secure attachment point on the vehicle for the tow bar. For a compatible tow bar I recommend the Alpha, # BX7380. This tow bar comes with safety cables so you will not have to add any separately.
For lighting I recommend a simple magnetic kit... view full answer...
