The Glacier V-Trac Cable Snow Tire Chains - 1 Pair # PW1042 are compatible with your 275/35-18 tires. You will simply want to make sure you have a minimum of 1.46 inches between the top of the tire tread and wheel well and at lease 0.59 inches between the tire's sidewall and the vehicle.
We haven't specifically tested these chains on your vehicle with those tire size, but the chains have been tested and confirmed for those tires as long as your vehicle has the above clearances.
