Part TH542 does not attach to vehicles with rain gutters. From my understanding, the Ramcharger already has rain gutters on it, so you would need a roof rack that fits vehicles with rain gutters.

Th correct Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base and Dual Tires for 31x10.5-15 tires is part # TC3227, not part # TC3210. These are excellent options with twist links for great traction in deep snow and ice. There are no cams to come loose either so they will be very reliable. I believe you're looking for the Custom Mounting Brackets for Detail K2 Snowplows # K284303 which fits a '74-'93 Ramcharger. I'm not entirely sure what all is included with the W-159 Prospector setup that you have, but this kit fits the base model so if nothing changed for the front of the frame and body you'll be able to install this with no issues. If something did change then you'll need to have something fabricate as Detail K2 doesn't have a variety of options for the older pickups.
