The Curt # C13277 and the etrailer hitch part # e88KR are both very similar as they are made by the same company with big difference being that the etrailer hitch has a matte finish and the Curt has a gloss finish. The Draw Tite # 76076 is a similar design by a different company. It has a slightly higher towing capacity at 7,700 lbs compared to 7,000 lb which is it's biggest advantage. The others are rated at 7,000 lbs.

Aside from the weight ratings of the Draw-Tite # 75950 and Curt # 13220 trailer hitches that fit your 2015 Audi Q7, the Draw-Tite has safety chains loops located directly below the receiver and a welded wiring connector mount while the Curt has safety chain loops that sit to the sides of the receiver and has no mount for a wiring connector.
