The Curt # C11493 Class I hitch you'd looked at is a fit for the coupe model of the Q60, so it won't work for convertibles. The good news is that the # C11068 Class I hitch IS a fit for the Q60 convertible.
The hitch has a 150 lb weight capacity, so you'll want to make sure that the 45 lb weight of the Thule # TH903202 EasyFlold bike rack and the combined weight of the bikes you're wanting to carry doesn't exceed 150 lbs. I do have a good solution for you but unfortunately there is not a hitch available for your 2017 Infinity Q60. Instead something I often recommend in this situation and on high end cars that don't have other options available is the Bomber line from SeaSucker. These are available in a 2 bike configuration with part # 298-BM2006 or a 3 bike with part # 298-BB3008.

We have not had the chance to install the Thule Gateway part # TH88VR on a 2014 Infiniti Q60 like yours but according to Thule the lower arm of the rack rests on the license plate well and not the bumper. view full answer...
I took a look online and couldn't find a 2" hitch for your Q60 and it looks like the ones available are class I. The highest capacity bike rack for a class I hitch is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack item # TH903202. It tops out at 65 lbs so you'll have to remove your battery and try to lighten your bike.

None of our manufacturers make a traditional roof rack for your vehicle. This being said, we do have an option that would work for you.
In the case of your Q60, the primary fit issue for a traditional roof rack is the fact that the vehicle is a coupe with a very short roof. There were at least 4 possible stock tire size options for the 2014 Infiniti Q60. I show that it could have 225/45-19, 225/50-18, 245/40-19, or 245/45-18 tires. Check the tire sidewall on your Q60 to determine the size. This will ensure you get the right size chains for that tire size.

Any time you use a hitch adapter like the part # HTAD you end up cutting the capacity of the hitch in half. A Class I hitch has a pretty low capacity like the part # C11493 which has a 150 lb capacity, so when you cut that in half you don't have much capacity left for carrier and cargo.
Instead you would be better of getting a cargo carrier that wouldn't require an adapter like the Reese Carrier part # 63155 and an compatible light kit # 20174 if your cargo blocks your vehicle lights.

The only trailer hitch option for a 2014 Infiniti Q60 Coupe are class I 1-1/4", the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11493. The Thule Hullavator # TH898 requires a set of aftermarket crossbars that extend past the feet of the rack 4 to 8 inches. I tried to find a roof rack for your 2017 Inifiniti Q60 that would work or find info on the factory rack but could not find anything.
