Although it isn't an exact match from the pictures you showed me, the Bargman LED Clearance/Side Marker Light - 59 Series # 47-59-002 is the closest we have and it does fit the same measurements. It's a 4 inches by 2 inches amber marker or clearance light with a white base. Also, the mounting holes are 3 inches apart, however on this light they are covered by the lens.
