I assume you are talking about the Falcon 2, # RM-520, and the Falcon All-Terrain, # RM-522, since the original Falcon tow bar has been discontinued for a while. If you find yourself in situations where you can't bet lined up straight with the toad or the ground isn't level (which is almost all camp grounds) then it is absolutely worth it to go with the Falcon All-Terrain.

Actually both of these models, the Thule # TH9001PRO and the # TH9001XT have been discontinued.
The newest, upgraded version of the Raceway is the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. It took all of the great features of the Raceway and improved them even more. This rack is the absolute easiest bike to install using only 2 coated retractable cables instead of the 4-6 straps of older models. If I personally had to choose between the two, I'd go with the Thule # TH88VR Gateway. I actually prefer the looks of the # SA805BL Saris Bones, but I don't care for the way that the weight of the bikes and the rack rest on feet that small. Spreading the weight over a larger area like the Archway does lessens the chances that the vehicle will be damaged, and makes the whole unit more stable. Both rack manufacturer offers a limited lifetime warranty, so you really can't go wrong either way.
